The practice of Yoga and the exploration of the Arts
provide a gateway to look deeply within ourselves.
We find presence in process, We become the silent observer.
Through this stillness we are in commune
with our true nature and innermost desires.
Yoga builds self-awareness and connection between body, mind, spirit.
Through this practice we connect to what is known as the FLOW STATE
This state of Flow has been shown to heighten and strengthen creativity.
have shown us that Yoga helps us to become less stressed,
more creative, happier and more relaxed by triggering
the relaxation response in our brain.
We have developed a process using the arts as a tool to engage with the unconscious parts of the psyche to uncover and explore themes and beliefs in our lives. Through specific techniques and a variety of mediums we make the subconscious conscious. We unlock the way in which we interact with our creativity.
Research has indicated "mounting evidence of a correlative
or even causative link between art and wellbeing"
