This state of Flow has been shown to heighten and strengthen creativity.

more creative, happier and more relaxed by triggering
the relaxation response in our brain.


We have developed a process using the arts as a tool to engage with the unconscious parts of the psyche to uncover and explore themes and beliefs in our lives. Through specific techniques and a variety of mediums we make the subconscious conscious. We unlock the way in which we interact with our creativity.
