Our Yoga and Art series is designed to awaken and exercise your creativity through 60 minutes of yoga and 60 minutes of making. We’ve combined our favourite styles of Yoga with an array of artistic techniques andmediums to give you the ultimate taste of creative living.
This 2-hour session will include:
- 60-minute Vinyasa Flow Yoga practice
- Acrylic Paint techniques
- Principles of Abstract painting
- Discussion about the creative process and externalising the internal

Please bring a yoga mat if you have one!
We do have a few yoga mats available to borrow on the day if you don’t have your own.

Vinyasa Flow – In this practice we connect movement with breath to create continuous flow through yoga asana (postures.) With a focus on alignment and transitions of the fundamental standing and seated postures, you will explore strength, flexibility, endurance, and balance as we map the internal landscape.
