Mindful Journaling for Creatives

In walking a creative path, we meet challenges that can slow or stifle our progress. Often, this comes in the shadowy form of the unknown. It is by bringing curiosity to what is within these shadows will help us truly move past these blocks, and help us grow.

This two hour workshop will explore the power of attention, and practices to help us on our individual journeys. We will create space and warmth through a gentle heart-opening yoga flow and breath work, before exploring the mind-body connection, the power of creative journaling, and how curiosity and attention can move us past the obstructions we find on our path. You will learn how to incorporate these practices into your existing routines, and how to use this empowering combination to lead your most authentic and creative life.

This workshop will be held at RMIT as part of their 'Make Stuff Happen' program. No yoga/art experience necessary.
Wear comfortable (yoga) clothing and bring a yoga mat and water bottle.
